Job on Pay stubs

I work for a construction company.  When I input hours I input the job.  Occassionally, someone gets a bonus for completing a job.  Instead of Salary it goes to Bonus and the job name.  Is there a way to make that info print on the paystub?  I know I can open the detail in the check view and printscreen but it would be preferable to be able to print it directly on the stub.

Re: Job on Pay stubs

Hi there, @cindier.

I'm here to help share information about printing paychecks information on pay stubs.

Are you're referring to printing the customer/job name on the pay stubs? If so, as of now, there isn't an option/availability to print this information.

To check the information, you really have to open the paycheck details.

To learn more about printing pay stubs, you may check this article: Print pay stubs.

Please feel free to add a post/comment below if you have any other payroll or pay stub questions, I'll be around to help you. Have a great day ahead!

Re: Job on Pay stubs

Thanks so much for your reply.  I didn't think there was a way other then to pull up the paycheck detail after the fact and print screen and then paste that into a separate email.  But it would certainly be beneficial for any upgrades quickbooks is looking to make.  Our superintendents receive a small bonus when they close a job.  It's incentive to not let the jobs hang open for months.  If it would print this information on the stub they would be able to keep it straight.  Right now it shows as Bonus and a total number.  But if they receive a bonus from two separate jobs they have no way of knowing from their stub.
