The option to sort by the payment and deposit is not possible in QuickBooks. We can only sort by Date, Type, Number/Ref, the amount, (Largest first), amount (smallest first), number ref, order entered, date and order entered, and cleared status. I'm sure many QuickBooks users would like this feature, too. Rest assured, our Product engineers are striving hard to develop the best features to suit the needs of our customers.
