usps shipping stampscom

Hi, Currently we use to create and pay for a shipping label. We use USPS media mail and 3 day Priority. Sometimes (rarely) we will use UPS. I use QB online. Can I integrate or another way to do this? Currently we are having to enter details in stamps and then QB. Trying to only input once in QB. Any help?

Let me share my thoughts about this 3rd party app integration.


I've checked our QuickBooks Apps Store and didn't find the app you mentioned. Although you can visit the page and look for an alternative app that will work for you.


Another option for you is to have the app developer contact our Intuit Developer page so it can be integrated.

I'm having similar questions/issues using through QB enterprise. I can print and ship automatically through QB with almost now issues. I just need to change the shipping label size to accept 4.5" x 5.5" labels with 4 to a page. But I cannot find a place to make this change.  Help?

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has a shipping manager feature that will allow you to configure the printer settings, like changing the shipping label margin to your preferred size.


Here's how:


1. Click the File menu located at the upper left to go to the Shipping and Ship USPS Package.


2. Pick Use my existing account, then Next.

3. Read the Terms and Conditions. Once done, choose I agree to terms and conditions, then Next again.

4. Enter your existing account information.

5. Once logged in, click the Settings option on the at the top.


6. On the left pane, select Printers and Domestic Parcels.

7. On the Label Margins section, enter your preferred size.

8. Hit OK.

Yes, sgmken, is only applicable for QuickBooks Desktop. 


You'll want to check our third-party apps that can be integrated with QuickBooks Online that have the same functions with Please click here so you'll be routed to our Apps Center. You can filter the apps to display according to its category. 


When you click the app, you'll see its Overview and Reviews of other customers on how it helped their business.

Thank you. Yes, I already did everything you mentioned. But that does not allow me to set it up for 4 labels per pages. I am able to do this in I just need to be able to select what label form I am using. This is the option I need to find. Adjusting the margins does not help. Any thoughts. 
As long as I have you and this is really my first time, I am also having trouble posting these messages. Every time I click "post", a big red bar comes on the top of the page that says  Correct Highlighted errors and try again. (but there are no highlighted areas).  Then it says "There was an error while trying to post your message, please try again in a few minutes.  It takes about 25 times for my posts to actually go through.

Since adjusting the label margin didn't work, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Technical Support Team. They have more tools to initiate a screen-sharing session and check the integration of your software with


Here's how to get in contact with them:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help menu and choose Support.
  3. Under Additional resources, click on Contact us.
  4. Select a topic and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  5. Choose either Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

On the other hand, it could be that a webpage is preventing you from posting your concern here in the Community website. You can use an incognito window to determine whether this issue is caused by a browser's cache.


You can refer to these shortcut keys to open a private browser:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
  • Press Ctrl Shift N for Chrome.
  • Hold down Command Shift N for Safari.

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
