I've checked our records and haven't seen any cases the same as yours, JJonQx. Let's get this fixed.
We'll have to run the Repair tool. It fixes program-related issues. Before doing the process, let's first create a backup copy of the file to avoid data loss.
Once done, here's how to repair the program:
- Click the Windows menu.
- Go to Control Panel.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Select QuickBooks, then click Uninstall/Change.
- Click Continue, then Next.
- Select Repair, then Next.
- Wait for the repair to complete. Then, click Finish.
- Restart computer when prompted.
Then, create a single activity timesheet again.
