Having a QBO account as a benefit for "our own books" is fine, but would really be great if there was access to a QBO account within the company for training purposes.
The "sample" files don't allow saving of transactions from instance to instance -- each "sample" opened is as it was before, so modeling transactions for "associates" is impossible.
Some of the parameters of this "training file": - "belongs" to the "master" login -- cannot be exported/duplicated out of the master login/assigned associates. - "hard" named (eg. Training Only) - acts as "separate client" only associates given access can "see" it" - version selectable (eg. Basic, Premier, etc) by master for each team member - shows/restricts transactions to version
This would allow team members to see/train per "owner" specifics
