I can NOT get Talech to sync with quickbooks. Each company only sends me to the other pointing the finger at the other. I've tried a different browser, clearing the cache, tried the beta.talech website and they all don't work. Needless to say someone will probably tag that same bad advice after I'm done with my rant. We have a business to run and we're paying for this service to save us bookkeeping time without it actually doing any work. Now it's the end of the year and we need reports for taxes and we have to go back and do it by hand! Will someone please tell me what they've found? We're on the verge of cancelling both quickbooks and Talech because they're worthless to us if our POS system cannot sync daily data to quickbooks!! I need answers and I need results! Someone, somewhere has the know how to fix this problem. If not, it'll be adios before we even get started!

QuickBooks Online offers the flexibility that allows you to integrate third-party services. I understand how important for your business to be able to link your Talech System account to your QBO company. Please know that Talech controls how data are sent and received into the program.
To ensure that this will be taken care of as soon as possible I'd still recommend contacting Talech's customer support so they can take a closer look at what's happening. There may be something that needs to be investigated from their back-end that's causing this connection issue.
