uploading invioces from excel spreadsheet

I need to upload customer invoices from outside sources and then upload customer payments from outside sources using CSV/Excel files.  We currently use Desktop Pro 2017 and would like to stay with a Desktop Product.

Could use some suggestions.

Hi tlandersm

I'd like to share a few things about the uploading data in QuickBooks Desktop.

Right now, we are unable to directly import customer's transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. However, there are some applications that can help you upload the invoices and payments.

Please visit our Intuit Marketplace. You can search for the third-party applications that are most compatible with QuickBooks Desktop. You can check the reviews from the customers. This can help you decide the third-party app that suits your needs.

I'd be delighted to answer other questions should you have any. Cheering you to continued prosperity.

You can convert a CSV file to an IIF file for import using our BRC IIF Transaction Creator Pro

It will handle most types of transactions including Invoices.

Hello vovo66,

That depends on the third-party app that you would need to integrate with Quickbooks. This link will show you third-parties apps that blend well with our program. You can see the features each one offers and make your choice. If you've any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Have a good day!
