UPS Shipping Manager

Version: QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Manufacturing and Wholesale 19.0

Our company recently started using Shipping Manager in QuickBooks Enterprise. It really seemed like a great feature because it would save us time by not having to enter new customer information every time we created labels using the UPS website. Plus, any of our employees would be able to create/print labels, if needed.


However, after a few days, we noticed that when we go to check the history of UPS shipments by going to: File > Shipping > UPS Shipping Options > Track or Cancel a Shipment, it did not show ALL shipments/labels that were created/printed by ALL users.


It only showed the history of labels created/printed by the current user.


This created a HUGE problem for us because if another user was unaware of an order that was already shipped out, it may result in duplicate shipments. The shipping history is incredibly important in efficiently running an online business.


We already contacted QuickBooks about this issue and after almost 2 hours on the phone, talking to multiple representatives, and them talking to their own back-up support team, they were unfortunately of no help.


If we're paying extra for all these great features being offered in Enterprise, they should at least make sure that these "added features" are working towards the needs of the customer. The point of adding the Shipping Manager was to streamline the company's operations, and if it's not doing that, then why are we paying more for these supposed "added features" with "limited capabilities," (as was said by the representative).


Does anyone have any idea of how we can make sure all UPS shipments/labels printed by ALL users are shown under "Track or Cancel a Shipment?"
