Hi there, Aracely. Welcome to the Community.
I know how important it is to have your 2025 transactions show up, especially when you're preparing for taxes.
There are a few common reasons why those transactions might not be appearing. Here are the first places to check:
See if the transactions are already in QuickBooks
- Categorize tab: Filter the date range to 2025 to see if they were already added.
- Exclude tab: Sometimes transactions get excluded by mistake.
- Bank register: Go to your Chart of Accounts, open your bank account, and look for entries with a small bank-feed icon.
If you still can't see your 2025 transactions and those transactions are within 90 days old, you can update your bank feed to pull them in.
Here's how:
- Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
- Choose Bank transactions.
- Select the appropriate bank.
- Click Update.

However, if those transactions are older than 90 days, you'll need to download them from your bank's website and manually upload them into QuickBooks.
