04.30.21 direct deposit hasn't hit staff's accounts.

Looking at reports everything has run as normal, and support (such as it is) is not available until 9am

I do appreciate your time in sorting out why your staff isn't receiving their pay yet, Bookkeeper394. 

 

I know how important it is to be paid on time. Upon checking in the Community, other posters are also sharing the same experience at the moment. We've informed our engineers about this behavior to check it out the soonest. Please tell your employees to wait for their pays within today. They can also check their account from time to time.
