Q4 2017 940 tax issue
Have already paid Q4 2017 taxes via QuickBooks, however, Dashboard shows Q4 2017 940 payment due, when I click on the “Pay now” link Quickbooks just spins, and a blank screen comes back.
From the Taxes | Payroll Tax menu, it also shows a Q4 2017 940 payment is due (which is a penny higher than the 940 form Quickbooks created for 2017), however we have already paid the tax for the correct amount (received confirmation from Quickbooks via email and also it shows in the transaction history log). Also, the IRS indicates it has received payment.
Is there a way to get Quickbooks to recognize that the payment has already been generated and get rid of the 2017 940 entry that keeps coming up?

I'd like to share some details why your 940 tax reminder is still showing even if you've already paid it through QuickBooks Online.
