You can use our Charge Lookup Tool. Using this tool will provide you the details of what type of charge was debited from your account. All you need to do is fill out the required information and hit the Look up Charge button.
However, you can also contact our customer service team. Customer service has the tools available to review your account in a secure environment and provide details of the charge. I've included the steps to contact support below.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then hit Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with support (Callback, Chat, Ect.)
