941 third party designee in Quickbooks Payroll for Mac
This is in Intuit Quickbooks Payroll for Mac.How do I check the box for assigning a third party to speak to in Part 4 of the 941 form?Of course, I also need to be able to fill in the dessigee’s name, phone# and 5 digit ID#.

Thanks for dropping by the Community. After reading through the article showing how to populate the 941 form within QuickBooks. QuickBooks does not supply any of this information. What that means is that the form will either have to be prepared outside of QuickBooks to populate that section or prepared in QuickBooks and finished/filed outside.
