A company that we do work for send us a 1099 via QuickBooks. But when I followed the link and it opened my QuickBooks account, there was nothing but my normal screen.

By default, the invitation sent to you by the company will automatically expire after 24 hours. Please have the company resend the email invite so you can access your 1099s online. You may share these steps with them:

1. Select Payroll from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Contractors tab.
3. Select the contractor's name to open their profile.
4. Click the Send a reminder link.
