You can print timesheets while using QuickBooks, then give the printed documents to your employees to fill out.
Here's how to print a blank timesheet:
- In the top menu bar, go to Employees, then Enter Time.
- On your Weekly Timesheet window, click Print, then Print Blank Timesheet.
- From the Print Timesheets screen, enter a number of copies you'd like to print.
- Select Print.
Once you've received their completed timesheets, they can be entered into your books.
