I'd recommend contacting our Desktop Support to help you with the process of reversing a Direct Deposit. Rest assured, they have tools to make this easier for you and help get your money back to you. Here's how to get in touch:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then press Continue.
- Pick how you want to get contacted.
You'll hear from an agent in no time! After reversing the direct deposit, you may want to void the Direct Deposit transaction.
