Let’s ensure to log into Account Maintenance to update a payment method and billing details. It will help you get back the After the Fact Payroll option available.
Here’s how:
- In your QuickBooks Desktop, select the Employees tab.
- Click My Payroll Service. Then, choose Account / Billing Information.
- Log in with your Intuit user ID and password.
Once completed, run a payroll update:
- Select the Employees tab. Then, click the Get Payroll Updates.
- Choose Download entire payroll update.
- Then, select Update.
