After we enter into the information for the bank connected,it shows We can't approve direct deposit and E-File & Pay services.Could you please check the reason and guide.

Since I am base in China,I don't have the US phone and SSN.I must use one of the Management‘’s information who has the L1B Visa and SSN of her.Is this the problem?

The SSN and account details are needed for direct deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll. If you're the principal officer based in China and using one of your management team's account information who has a U.S. Visa and SSN, this is the cause of the error prompt due to the mismatch of details. The owner or authorized signer on the payroll bank account and authorization forms should provide the necessary information to set up payroll direct deposit.
