Join nowHi there, @linzdelauder.
I'm here to help you fix this issue. Before that, I'd like to know if you have encountered any error messages. Also, when did you know that the data from 2019-2020 was missing? This will help me identify what is the best resolution for this issue.
For now, I'd recommend logging into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using an incognito browser to avoid saving the data.
Then, check if those data are now available. If yes, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. You can also try using another supported browser as an alternative.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:
If it's still not working, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. They have the tools to check this issue and help you get to the bottom of this.
You also have the option to manually add the transactions by following the steps in this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please don't hesitate to let me know in the comment section if you need further assistance about the troubleshooting process or if you have other questions. I'd be happy to help you. Take care.
It at one time said it was having connection issues with my bank but that’s the only error message I saw. I’ve had all my write offs and miles logged etc since 2017 and when I went on here a few days ago to compare my income from 2017, 2018, & 2019 it’s all gone. I’m viewing this from my phone but logged on on my computer and still have the same problem
I appreciate the things you've done to fix this issue, @linzdelauder.
I can see that this needs special tools to look into this issue. Knowing more about the details of your concern, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Care Team. They will dig in more information about this issue and help you get to the bottom of this.
You may refer to the steps I've mentioned above on how to contact them. Also, I'd recommend getting the transaction or case number about your conversion with the agent to easily get updates when you need to contact them again.
Please know that I'll be here if you have other questions. You can always tag my name in the comment section to let me know. Stay safe.
