All recorded mileage is gone in QB Self-Employed. How do I get this information back?

Welcome to the Community, @stephanie50.

Let's take a look at a couple of scenarios and help you from there.

Are all those recorded mileage was deleted in your QuickBooks-Self Employed (QBSE) account? If so, retrieving them isn't available. You can consider recreating them to have a record.

  1. In your QBSE account, click Mileage from the left menu.
  2. Click Add trip.
  3. Enter the necessary information, then select Save.
  4. Repeat the same step for the rest of the mileage,

Here's an article you can read for more details: Use automatic mileage tracking for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

However, if the transactions were gone, you'll have to make sure that the QBSE account your logging in is the account that has mileage transactions. It's possible that you're currently logged in to the wrong account.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have any other questions or if you're referring to something else. I'll keep an eye on your response. Have a great day.

I am in the correct account. Mileage was not deleted. How can I restore?
