Hi there, @payit4me.

I can share with you some information about the direct deposit processing timeline in QuickBooks Online.

For QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, the funding time for direct deposit is either a 1-day or a 5-day lead time. The range depends on the type of payroll service you have. To learn more about this and when to submit payroll to pay your employees on time, you can check out this link.

If you wish to, you can request a quicker funding time online. You'll need to provide six months of your most recent bank statements and can upload them with your request. Visit this page to do so: Faster Funding Request.

To ensure your employees get paid on time when there’s a holiday, you can as well read the topics from this article for more details: How do federal holidays affect my direct deposit?.

Please know that I'm always here to help you with any payroll or QuickBooks related concerns. Feel free to leave a comment below. Thanks for coming, keep safe!
