ANY OTHER COMPANIES DIRECT DEPOSIT NOT GO THRU TODAY

I called my bank and it says it's received calls all morning that Quickbooks direct deposit hasn't gone through. I was told to contact Quickbooks . . . and I can't get a customer service number to call. Ugh.

ANY OTHER COMPANIES DIRECT DEPOSIT NOT GO THRU TODAY

This is not the service that we want you to experience, @Pomelo.

We understand the impact of any delay in processing your employees' paycheck. Earlier this morning, we were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. To make sure that you'll not stay on hold as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue, we've temporarily suspended our call and chat support. However, you need not to worry phone lines are now open.

Also, the direct deposit processing issue has been resolved. Your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today. We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.

On the other hand, should you wish to continue and speak with our Customer Care Team, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter what you're reaching out about in the available field, then hit Let's Talk.
  4. You'll be presented with a few options to connect with Intuit.
  5. Select Get a call.
  6. Input the requested information.
  7. Click Confirm my call

You can browse this article to learn more about the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types.

We appreciate your patience while we work on ensuring your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible. Drop your comments below if you have other payroll management concerns.
