None of my employees were paid today either. I was supposed to get a call 29 minutes after I put the request in. Then it changed to an hour and 31 minutes. Now I can’t even put in a request for chat or call. WTF is going on.

Thank you for reporting this in the community. There was an issue this morning (April 30th) that prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.

Yes, we are missing our payroll in 2 different companies. It was processed on July 1 and was suppose to hit the bank on July 5. No sign of it. my QB says it went through but my bank shows nothing. Where did the money go??

Funding time and payroll submission dates are the factors affecting direct deposits to your employees' accounts.
In QuickBooks Online, you may have a 1-day lead time or a 5-day lead time. You can check out this article to learn more: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?.
