Anyone else have an issue with payroll direct deposit today? I received email saying it was processed but my 4 employees say no deposits arrived.

Anyone else have an issue with payroll direct deposit today? I received email saying it was processed but my 4 employees say no deposits arrived.

I am also having this issue for all of my payroll clients.  Trying to get through to someone at Quickbooks is impossible.  They should have sent a broadcast email or a banner when logging in to QBO to let us know there's an issue.  This is extremely poor customer service for such a sensitive item!  People need to get paid!

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. Our engineers are already aware of this behavior to check this out the soonest. Please inform your employees to monitor their bank account for their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

 

You can also follow these steps to monitor the status of the investigation and subscribe to receive email updates:

 

  1. Go to this link: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.
  2. Click Subscribe to updates.
  3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe via email
