You'll want to make sure that the pay date of the bonus check is under the year 2021. This way, it'll be included in your 2021 year-end payroll tax forms. Since the bonus check goes on 2022, we'll need to delete the bonus check and recreate it with the correct pay date. Here's how:

Thanks for your help. I did all of that but it says with a pay date of 12/31/2021 late payroll tax payment penalty may apply and it won't let me do it.
