Anyone else Payroll information all disappear? We have used payroll for a few years now, when I log in today it offer "Let's add your team". Systemic problem or just me

Let me step in and help you with your concern. You can perform a basic troubleshooting in your QuickBooks Online account. Please access your QuickBooks Online account via an incognito/private browser to check if it's a browser issue or not. Then, check if the payroll information is already showing.

 

To use a private browser, here’s how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it's showing, you can clear the cache to remove some of the outdated files on your browser. If it still not showing, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your account and help you fix the missing payroll information. Here's how to contact our support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?) icon.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your concern. Example: Payroll information disappears.
  5. Select Let's talk.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
