Anyone from VT having trouble with the Childcare Contribution effective date?

If it works, then it's being caused by your browser. Let's clear your regular browser's cache so the system can refresh. Also, consider switching to a different supported browser if you get the same result.

However, if the issue persists, you can contact our Payroll Support Team so that they can investigate this matter further. The investigation team has the required tools to determine the cause of why you can't edit the effective date.

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
4. Choose Payroll.
5. Select a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a callback from the next available expert.

Yes, I have same issue and no resolution yet from QB support team. Tried clearing cache etc, tried incognito window, no luck
