Anyone have issues with their direct deposits today (4/30/21)?

Received the email that our direct deposits were processed in QB but still have not seen the transactions hit our bank (and our employees accounts) and it's now almost 9am

Yes, other posters are also sharing the same experience, Ben22.

 

Our engineers are aware of this and are working to find the root cause to resolve this issue. Please check our Status Board and click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES. You can also inform your employees to monitor their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

Thanks for keeping in touch. For now, the bank has until 5 pm to deposit the funds to the employee accounts.

 

Also, please note there isn’t a need to cancel the payroll and create paper checks. While we’re looking for an immediate fix, we suggest subscribing to this link to get updates about the status of the issue: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.

Thank you for the update - while I understand the bank has until 5pm, I just wanted to plan for the worst case. I also can't hand my employees replacement checks at 5pm if the direct deposits don't go through.

I'm glad to inform you that the issue has been resolved. Your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today

We still don't see anything on the direct deposits. If my employees are not paid today will QB reimburse them for overdraft and late fees that they incur?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
