i think this is a new bug, possibly related to the "removal" of the upgrade stuff you were pushing to all users. I have never had to approve time sheets before nor have i activated that function nor do i have Tsheets installed but continue to get an error message and am now unable to enter time entries.

Active TSheets account is one of the cause. It automatically connects to your Weekly Timesheet in QBO. If there are unapproved hours in TSheets, you won't be able to enter hours in QBO. You've mentioned that you don't have activate TSheets account. Do you have any other QBO accounts that has it? If so, let's go ahead and cancel the service. Here's an article for the steps: How to close your TSheets account.

I have always just clicked Weekly Timesheet and entered my time (through laptop). This time when i went to save, i received the messages. I am using Chrome. I had never heard of TSheets until I saw these messages pop up. When I click on Apps and My Apps, it doesn't show TSheets so not sure why it is attempting to require that access and approval. I have also never had to approve any timesheets. Will attach screenshots.
I am using Chrome browser on a laptop. I have never heard of TSheets before the error. For 10 years, I have logged in to QBO and selected Weekly Timesheet and entered my time. This time, when i pressed Save, I received the pop up messages referenced, wanting me to download something and "Approve time" which i have never had to do previously. I will attach screenshots. Let's install the QuickBooks Online Integration Add-On (as stated in the error message) in your TSheets account.

Once done, go back to QBO and access the Approve Time window.

If the same thing happens, it would be best to contact TSheets Technical Support. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.

I don't want an add-on or to have to approve time sheets. I just want to use the weekly time sheet function that comes out of the box with QuickBooks like I always have.
Have you tried putting a check mark in the Please do not show this again checkbox and clicking on the Close button? If yes and the same thing happens, we'll do the basic browser troubleshooting steps to check if this is caused by a full cache.
To start, you can log in to QuickBooks in a private window. This disables the cache from saving new browsing data. If you won't see the error about TSheets, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still there, please try using other browsers like Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox to isolate the case.
