Assisted payroll

We want to discontinue our Assisted Payroll effective after second quarter 2021.  Please contact me to be sure I take the proper steps.

Assisted payroll

Hello there, meltonbarb.

 

I see that you've already made up your mind and we're sorry to see you go.

 

Before you start cancelling your payroll subscription,  you'll need to complete the following final payroll tasks:

 

  • Complete and process your final payroll.
  • Print or export necessary payroll reports.

 

Once done, I recommend contacting our support team to check for your payroll subscription to make sure there are no pending transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter the description of your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect to our support team:
  • Chat - chat with them.
  • Get a callback - get a priority callback.
