Automatically print payroll reports after payroll run?

How do I get Quickbooks payroll to automatically print a variety of reports like IOP intuit payroll did?

I just did my first payroll run and did not see the option to check the reports and print.  I think this would be an even better option if you didnt have to check boxes.

Thanks

Automatically print payroll reports after payroll run?

Hi there, LDO.

I'm here to share some information when printing the payroll report.

The option to print a payroll report automatically after creating one is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I'll take note of this suggestion and share feedback with our Developers team.

As a workaround, you can run a payroll summary report to get a closer look at your business's finances. Let me guide you how:

  1. From the Reports tab, select Reports.
  2. Enter Payroll Summary.
  3. Set a date range from the drop-down.
  4. Click the Customize button to add or remove some data.
  5. Select Run report.

If you want to export the report to an Excel file, you can check this reference: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

I've also added this article for more payroll reports that you can run: Run payroll reports.

Feel free to post again or leave a comment below if you have any additional concerns. I'm more than willing to help. Have a good one!

Automatically print payroll reports after payroll run?

i do not see printing reports individually as a solution.

If we could do this in Intuit online payroll, why cant we do this in Quickbooks online payroll?

Thanks

Automatically print payroll reports after payroll run?

Either QB just fixed this or I have been blind.  But now I  see "View payroll reports"  at the very very bottom after I first submit payoll.   Warning: you better not go past this because I dont think you can got backwards.

I do like the way all the reports are worksheets inside a single excel document.
I wish they would add the vacation report and the retirement plan report.

Thanks
