If you need to access the direct deposit authorization form for your employees, simply go to the Payroll Tax section within QuickBooks Online (QBO) and your employees can begin filling it out and signing it.
- Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
- Select Filings then choose Employee Set up.
- Next to Authorization for Direct Deposit, select Bank Verification,
- Then, click View and Print.
