Button to view Print forms and W2 does not work. Web relay times out and errors
Since its tax season this is a PROBLEM! The button goes to the internet address but never loads. The site is down or not entered right in the coding. Is this a known issue?
update***3/3/2020-*** It looks like they have fixed the issue now.
If the issue still exist after updating the software, I suggestcontacting QBDT Care Team to perform a screen sharing and identify what is the root cause of the issue.
