Can a payment be deleted after it is in scheduled status?

Hi hthompson,

 

I'll guide you in deleting your payment.

 

If this is about your e-payment for payroll taxes, you can contact our Support. That way, they can cancel the scheduled payment.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during their office hours.

If this is direct deposit payroll, you'll want to delete the paychecks.

  1. Select Workers, then Employees.
  2. Select Paycheck List under Run Payroll,
  3. Change the date range if necessary. Then select the paychecks you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Mark the checkmark box to confirm the deletion. Then select Delete Paycheck.
