If you're using QuickBooks Online for Accountants, the client list will appear the moment you log in. If you're referring to your customer list in QuickBooks Online, you can go to the Sales menu and click Customers.
A browser-related issue might have caused unexpected behavior within our software. We can verify that by logging in to your account through a private browser. Then, access your client list from there. If it showed as expected, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can also try using other browsers to isolate these kinds of issues.
You can also run reports to view all your client, customer, and vendor lists. Just go to the Reports menu and enter in the search box something like Customer List or Client List. To help you through in pulling up reports, you can click here.
