Hi there, @john107.
Once you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, you won't be able to access your 1099 forms for 2025 taxes. You'll have only one year of read-only access from the date of cancellation. However, if you cancel before filing your taxes, you can re-subscribe during that period as long as you do so within 12 months.
For canceled accounts, users can run 1099 reports as a reference when filing outside the application. This ensures that the correct data is entered into your forms. To see which report to pull up, you can check out this article: Create 1099 reports in QuickBooks.
Additionally, you can export your reports to obtain a copy or use them outside of QuickBooks. For complete guidelines, refer to this article: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
