You'll no longer be able to add historical paychecks once you have processed a payroll, Liz.
On the other hand, you can contact our Payroll Live Support team to help you add the historical data. Here's how:
- Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
- Choose either tab to get started: Assistant or Search.
- Type your concern and Select Contact Us.
- Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
I'd also suggest checking the support hours to know the best time to contact them at your convenience.
