Glad to have you here in the QuickBooks Community. I found some information to help. If you wanted to edit the deductions coming out of each check you can follow these easy steps:
Select Workers, then Employees.
Select the employee's name.
Select Edit next to Pay.
In the deduction section, select + Add a new deduction
From the Deductions/ Contributions drop-down menu, choose Edit.
Make any necessary changes
Select OK, then Done.
