I have contacted support three times so far and they have not been able to help. If I wanted to do this in QuickBooks Desktop, it would have taken me 10 minutes tops. So far I have spent at least 8 hours trying to find a solution. It is very disappointing. I would not recommend QuickBooks Online to anyone.
Hi @mary45,
Sorry to hear you haven't been able to get help with your issue so far. I've been doing some digging and adjusting payroll liabilities in QuickBooks Online. What kinds of adjustments are you trying to make to the payroll liabilities? Maybe with some more context I can try to find a workaround for you.
thanks,
Lucas
