At this time, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support Team to help you with changing your company type. Also, a representative can backtrack the update and review your account securely since the change may affect some legal protections, tax savings, and ownership requirements.
To contact support:
- Open your QBO account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
- Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, type "type in a short description of your concern".
- Select I still need a human.
- Proceed with Contact us.
- Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a callback.
