Hi there, daniel64.
Can you tell us what happens when you tried to reach out to Payroll Support Team. I just want to make sure that you're able to sort it out, so you can reach out to them in case you need help again in the future.
If you submitted your tax payment through e-payment, please take note that it can only be cancelled if the status is still Not Transmitted. You can follow these steps on how to check on the status of the payment:
More details about this process are discussed in these articles:
If the status is already Transmitted, it means we have forwarded the transaction to the EFTPS. You'll want to reach out to them and check if you can still cancel the payment. You can go to this link to get their contact details under the Contact Us section: https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/.
There's also Payroll Tax Payments report that you can see. It basically list all the tax payments you made and recorded in QBO. Just go to the Reports menu and look for the report in the Payroll section.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you for your response. The payment was transmitted. I called EFTPS and they said I have to speak with someone at Intuit. How should I proceed if I can't get in touch with anybody via phone or chat? Thank you.

When I tried to schedule a call back, the first time available said Monday at 9AM. That will likely be too late as the payment is scheduled for Monday. Any other ideas? Thank you.
