Can I change an employee's last name?

Changing your employee's last name is easy, @ssharma221.

You'll want to open your employee's profile and change his/her last name from there. Let me guide you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Workers menu. 
2. Click Employees tab.
3. Choose the employee you want to edit.
4. Click Edit employee. 
5. In the Personal info section, update the name of your employee.  
6. Once finished, click Done.
