At the moment, recording a stipend in QuickBooks Online isn't available. I suggest going with TurboTax if you need to record stipends.

You can follow the steps provided in this thread on how to record stipend: Recording Stipend on TurboTax.

If you wish to proceed with filing 1099s instead, take a look at this article: Prepare and file 1099s. In here you'll find steps to either print, or e-file your 1099s.
