Hi @tatschwellservic. I know the importance of securing one's account. No worries, I can share more details about managing your transaction history and account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can use the Audit log feature mentioned by @Fiat Lux - ASIA. It will allow you to check the tasks done within the program. Aside from that, you can change your email and password if that user knows your admin credentials to avoid any issues in the future.
Let's start with checking the history of tasks made:

Now, let's proceed with changing your Intuit credentials. Here's how:
During the process, you will receive a confirmation email from do_not_reply@intuit.com. You can check the Spam folder if it's not in the inbox.
