Hi @tatschwellservic. I know the importance of securing one's account. No worries, I can share more details about managing your transaction history and account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can use the Audit log feature mentioned by @Fiat Lux - ASIA. It will allow you to check the tasks done within the program. Aside from that, you can change your email and password if that user knows your admin credentials to avoid any issues in the future.

Let's start with checking the history of tasks made:

  1. Go to the Settings and select Audit log.
  2. You can use the Filter option to locate the data you prefer.
  3. Select Apply after choosing the variables.

If you've spotted something off, you can modify that transaction by clicking View under the History column. You can refer to this article that contains the next steps on managing these transactions: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Now, let's proceed with changing your Intuit credentials. Here's how:

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Click on the Profile icon beside the Settings.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
  4. You will be redirected to the Intuit Account Manager, click Sign in & security.
  5. Go to the User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section. Then, modify your details.
  6. Select Save.

During the process, you will receive a confirmation email from do_not_reply@intuit.com. You can check the Spam folder if it's not in the inbox. For more information, check out this article: Reset or change your login information for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and Quic.... It also contains tips if you've encountered any issues.

Let me know if I can help with anything else. I'm only a post away! Take care.
