Can i have have help over the phone ? [phone number removed]

First of all, it's not safe or a good idea to post your phone number on any site. Especially with all the fraud calls and such QB customers have been receiving lately. 

Second, if yo need help, you have to follow these steps. 

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with? - enter your concern.

5. Click Let's Talk.

6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a callback from the next available expert.
• Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours. 

7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

You can definitely contact us over the phone for assistance at any time. However, I'd like to offer help on whatever issues you have. 

What help do you need regarding QuickBooks Online? I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about the problem. That way, I can give the right information to fix it. 

If you still want to reach us over the phone, I'll show you how you can do it. Shalene's steps are under the old "Help" menu. We've recently updated it with the QB Assistant feature.

For the new Help menu: 

1. Click the Help icon. 
2. Choose the Talk to a human option (type it again if prompted).
3. Enter the details of your issue when asked. 
4. Select I still need a human.
5. Click the Contact us link.
6. Ensure the details are entered in the box, then proceed with Let's talk.
7. Choose Get a call or Start messaging (if you prefer to chat).
