Can I issue an adjustment paycheck in online payroll?

Yes, you can issue an adjustment paycheck in QuickBooks Online, accounting659, and create an unscheduled paycheck for the employee. Let me guide you through the steps.

First, let's adjust the pay rate of the employee:

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Select the employee whose pay rate you want to adjust by clicking on their name.
  3. In the Pay types section, click on the Edit button on the right.
  4. Enter the new pay rate you want to set.
  5. Then hit Save to apply the changes.

Now, we can create an unscheduled payroll:

  1. Go to the Payroll section and choose Employees.
  2. In the right corner, click on Run payroll.
  3. Choose a pay schedule for this payroll.
  4. Click Continue and enter all the necessary details.
  5. Click on Preview payroll to verify that all information is correct.
  6. Finally, click Submit payroll.
