Let me guide you on how to pay your taxes in QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE), csargent97.

Yes, you can pay your taxes for multiple quarters as long as we pay it per quarter on your account. You can pay it by mail where you send your payment and estimated payment form (1040-ES voucher) together. Just complete this form in QBSE by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select the Quarterly Taxes tab.
  3. Choose Pay Now.
  4. Select the By mail option.
  5. Fill out the 1040-ES payment voucher. Then select Continue.
  6. Print your voucher.

Then, proceed to the next quarter that you want to pay. The printed voucher tells you how to fill out your forms, check, and which IRS office to mail it to. Your check and voucher must be postmarked by the quarterly due date.

If you need it to pay through an Electronic Federal Tax Payment System account. just follow the steps in the Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed article. Then, proceed to the Pay online section. Feel free to visit our Taxes page for more insights about managing your taxes in QuickBooks.

I hope that this response finds you with a smile. Keep me posted if you need a hand with running your business in QBSE. I'm always here to ensure your success. Have a great day ahead.
