Currently, we don't have an option to print an amended 1099 form in QuickBooks Desktop directly. You can consider getting a paper 1099s forms from the IRS or order from us.
Once you already have the form, you can fill it out with the correct information, then select the Corrected checkbox and mail it to the IRS and your contractor.
