Can I retrieve W-2 information for a previous employee for 2018?

If you have archived your W-2 forms you can get it by following these steps.

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Click the View and Print Archived Forms link under Annual Form.
3. Select W-2 Copies B, C & 2.

If it's an inactive employee, you can open your employee's profile from the list. Here's how:

1. Go to Workers, then Employees.
2. Click the drop-down beside the Find an employee box and choose All Employees.
3. Select the employee's name to open.
