Can I set up " only view" ability for one of our employees? Thanks.

It's nice to have you here, eva-uppervalleyc.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can add a Standard user and customize their access type to View only. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Mange users.
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Select Standard user as the user type.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select All as the access right. Then, Next.
  6. For the user settings, choose View only under each question. Then, hit Next.
  7. Enter their contact information and click Save.
