In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can add a Standard user and customize their access type to View only. I'll show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Mange users.
- Click Add user.
- Select Standard user as the user type.
- Click Next.
- Select All as the access right. Then, Next.
- For the user settings, choose View only under each question. Then, hit Next.
- Enter their contact information and click Save.
